It is a beautiful site Julia, laid out very well, and very easy to use - I like the slide show effect in each category. The background 'brown' is also very soothing and cpmpatible with your art and style - I made it a favorite in my browser. Barrie

Your site is very nice! How did you do this? I mean, did you pay someone or do it yourself. If you did it yourself, what software did you use? I was thinking of something like this for myself....

Your website is very impressive. Great job.

I used a template from Bludomain.com

It was inexpensive, and very easy to update and maintain.

I would def recommend them, as I am quite pleased with my site.

Thanks a lot. I don't deserve much credit though because I ended up using a template instead of making it from scratch...I decided I should stick to painting and not web design..lol

thanks I will check it out!

What did it cost? If you don't mind answering...
:iconivewaitedforyou:
no not at all
it was 100 for the template and 100 to host for a year.
and 10 to buy a domain

so pretty reasonable, considering if you wanted to make your own the software would cost more than that.

where did you get the template? My only suggestion is that you change the text color for the home page. I can't read it very well, although that might just be my monitor.
